The Journey Back To Awesome.

The aim of our programme is to assist young people (aged 10-24) in finding and strengthening their own resources, towards leading full and meaningful lives.

To achieve this, they work with each young person to develop an individual, Journey Back To Awesome plan. The five key components, complement each other to provide holistic support that is aligned with our philosophy and best practice.
